Indianapolis' Green Man

A man in Green spandex has attempted to climb the war monument in downtown Indianapolis. Afterwards he gave an interview. In the interview the particularily media-savy Green Man apologized and claimed not to know that the large monument was war-related and apologized. Apparently this would-be hero doesn't pay much attention in his civics class.
